signed by artist, marked: "E. Fanin" to the base. The Sculptor E. Fanin is mentionned in "Motoring Mascots of the World" W. C. Williams’s book pg. 227.

Mounted on wooden base, made of bronze, size: 7.75" (19,5 cm.) x 4" (10 cm), aging wear, some scratches).

Part of a collection of 25 automobile mascots (in French "mascotte" or "bouchon de radiateur") from the 1910's to the 1930's.
